ICICI Bank Complaint Resolving 2


My week was completely flushing with many works and wasn’t able to provide an appointment to the Branch Manager who was thoroughly following me and my Personal Secretary (India). And finally, I was in my residence for some work and got the call from Branch Manager. So, I rested back and gave a schedule. He came along with another unnamed guy.

My Private Secretary warned me that he may be bringing some Gundas since ICICI Credit Card team is most famous for that. I was little bit confident since it was my residence and I was well armed to handle those. Addingly I had 3 dogs which can help me to an extent.

But he was geniune and there were no such symptoms. We had the discussion for almost 1 hour. After that he assured for a best service and left the venue. Again he called me asking for the appointment for a meeting with the Chief Manager of Pondicherry ICICI Bank. I gave the next level appointment after 2 days and as said, the Branch Manager came with the Chief Manager and met me. It was a casual discussion since all the threads were screwed with the Branch Manager previously in the meetings both by the ICICI Bank Senior Management, Middle Management and by me.

After things getting resolved, I wrote a thanks email to all those who were involved in this. To my surprise, I got back the INR 393.XX from ICICI as a token of thanks. Though that amount didn’t add me anything, but I was happy to learn that they were able to treat people with humanity.

That was my first complaint and hope my last complaint also.
